Navigating Stressful Times by Keeping a Schedule

During such an unfamiliar time, it can be hard to navigate such drastic changes to our lives and schedules. Kids are home, spouses or other family members may be working from home, others are still out in the public risking their own safety for the cause, groceries are scarce at times... and when life will get back to "normal" is unknown...
All we can do to keep ourselves sane is take it one day at a time. I can't stress the importance of waking up everyday with a game plan:

Set an alarm, even if you don't have to get up early! Sticking to a bedtime and morning routine is key to a successful day.
Write down your intentions for the day - projects you want to accomplish, goals, mindsets you want to keep.
Move. Your. Body. In whatever way you enjoy for however long you can!
Write down 3 things you are grateful for - they can be little things like a good cup of coffee, something that made you laugh or 5 minutes of peace and quiet...
Stay in touch with loved ones. Physical distance does not have to mean complete isolation.
