I have some exciting news to share that I think you're going to like...









Some of the questions and comments I get asked the most in regards to weight loss are things like:


"What am I doing wrong?" "Why isn't the scale moving?!" "I've tried everything and the scale just won't budge!"


Often times we start a diet feeling motivated and positive, but only a few short days or weeks later end up frustrated, discouraged, defeated and overtaken with negative thoughts. Why is this? What should we be doing differently?

The answer to this question has several layers, but I want to start with this basics. So, I've decided to start a weekly weight loss tip blog series!


During this series, I'm going to be sharing weekly weight loss tips with you.

These tips cover several aspects of weight loss including food, behavior change, exercise and more!

To jump start our series, I want to hear your answers to a couple of questions:

  1. WHY do you want to lose weight? **Think bigger than just the scale... Do you want to get off of a medication you're on? Do you want to get back to living a more active lifestyle with your family? Feeling comfortable in your favorite jeans or in an airplane seat?**

  2. WHAT are some of your greatest challenges when it comes to weight loss?

Getting clear on your why and identifying your barriers are the first two steps in any journey. Knowing these answers will help you stay focused and motivated on the hard days and not be blind sided by adversity.
